Chorizo Burger with Slaw and Sour Cream Sauce
For the slaw use sweet red bell pepper, cabbage, fresh parsley, and sweet onion mixed with apple cider vinegar. Season with a pinch each of salt, sugar, and black pepper. For the sour cream sauce, add a small clove of finely grated garlic, the finely grated zest from a small lemon, some minced parsley, a dash of black pepper, a pinch of salt, and a gentle squeeze of lemon juice to 1/2 cup of sour cream.
